Mr. Suhas Zambre is the head of training and development at Tablets India ( Flagship Company of the closely held JHAVER GROUP). He has over 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, people management, and training. Suhas is an IIM alumnae and holds a certification in Selling Excellence from Dale Carnegie Institute and certification in Situational Leadership (SL-II) from Ken Blanchard University.
Mr. Rajiv Vohra is the head of training and development at Novo Nordisk (a leading global healthcare company). He is highly influential in refining HR Policies and Talent Management Practices. Rajiv has hands-on experience crafting comprehensive learning strategies to address an organization’s capability requirements and successfully led multi-disciplinary teams, empowering people to achieve growth, whilst leveraging team performance to deliver improved services.
